All bearing housings, plain bearings and machined parts are manufactured to a quality system approved by BSI.

Glacier DU or DX steel backed bearings are pre-mounted in captive inner members. Accommodate shaft misalignments up to 15º

The FLS range of fully split self aligning bearing units are able to withstand continuous misalignment and oscillating shaft movements.

This European range of bearings is available in an infinite range of bores to suit any shaft size from 45mm to 150mm (1 3/4" to 6").

The split bronze housing is suspended on a threaded rod which is secured by locknuts. The rod is drilled down the centre and a grease nipple fitted to enable grease to be fed to the journal.

Replacement steel plummer blocks for SN - SNH- SNA -SNV & SNE are designed for applications where extra strength and resistance to shock loads are required.

Fully Split Self-Aligning Bush-Type Bearings

Supplied with any commercially available bush material. (Gunmetal, Phosphur Bronze, Oilite, Orkot, Vesconite, DU, DX Carbon, Nylon etc.)
